We've covered some common questions you might have but if you can't find your answer here please don't hesitate to contact us.

This starts the enrolment process. You will be asked to create an account with an email ID and password for all future logins and access. You will also be asked to pay in full for the course. Once you have paid, you can start the course immediately.

You can pay online with a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Or pay using PayPal.

All our credit card transactions are secure and processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our own servers.

You can leave comments or questions below the videos of each course. The teacher will answer you as soon as possible. This way, everybody can benefit and learn from each other's questions.

Once you have completed the final module, you will receive an email inviting you to request your certificate. The certificate is included as part of the course price.

You will have lifetime access to the course material and to all updates.

EkhartYoga and the EkhartYoga Academy are different platforms. The EkhartYoga Academy offers specialised courses for yoga teachers and dedicated yoga practitioners. 
Therefore, you will need to create a unique EkhartYoga Academy account.

Please make sure you log in with the same email address that you used when purchasing your course.

If your video is not playing, or isn't playing as it should, please try the following;

  1. Clear your website data and restart your browser.
  • Chrome:
    - Go to Preferences (chrome://settings/)
    - Go to History and click 'Clear browsing data'
    - Select 'Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data'
    - Click ' Clear browsing data'
  • Firefox:
    - Go to History > Clear recent history
    - De-select browsing & download history, select everything else
    - click 'clear now'
  • Safari:
    - Go to Safari >Reset Safari
    - Select 'remove all website data' and click 'reset'
  • Internet Explorer:
    - Click 'Tools'
    - Select 'Delete Browsing History'
    - Deselect 'Preserve Favourite website data'
    - Select 'Temporary Internet files and Cookies'
    - Click delete
  • On your iPad:
    - Go to settings> Safari> clear history and browsing data
  1. Restart your modem or router
  • Turn off your computer
  • Unplug your modem and your wireless router if it’s a separate device
  • Wait for about one minute
  • Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking. If you unplugged your router, plug it back in and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking.
  • Turn on your computer and try playing your video

If your browser is not updated it may cause problems with your streaming. Is your browser updated? You can find the latest updates here.

  1. Do you use Adblock or anti-virus software?
  • Check if your anti-virus or Adblock Plus software is interfering with your video streaming.
  1. Chrome users - Are you using a data saving extension?
  • Please disable the extension while playing the videos.

Still having trouble?

If you're still having trouble viewing the videos, contact us and we'll do our best to help you fix the problem. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. The device you are using (laptop, desktop, iPad etc.)
  2. The system you are using (e.g. Apple, Windows, Android etc.)
  3. Your internet connection speed (take a test here)
  4. Your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)

Yes you can, our website has a responsive design, and you can view the videos on your iPad , Android Tablet, iPhone or Android phone. Viewing videos on a mobile device requires a fast internet connection, try using Wifi if you can.

We recommend using the Chrome browser on your Android tablet or phone.

Usually the website adjusts its resolution automatically depending on the connection but there are a variety of factors and user settings that might hinder it from doing so.

To make the adjustment yourself:

Click on the cog icon in the lower right-hand side of the video player and select the lowest number / the number at the bottom of the list.

If your video plays correctly at the lowest quality, you can experiment by selecting higher playback quality to achieve better picture quality.

Please note: this action is not possible when using Safari as your browser.
