Irina Verwer
Irina Verwer is a yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic practitioner, holistic coach, vegan chef and writer of two yogic cookbooks.
Irina suffered from menstrual problems (endometriosis) starting at an early age and was confronted with a genetically determined and hormone-related type of cancer. This led her to study everything related to cycles - in particular, Ayurveda, nutrition and herbal medicine for women.
