Sometimes, we can’t change our circumstances, but we can choose the way we respond to them. A challenge can become an opportunity for growth and a hardship can become an opportunity for self-love and self-compassion.

In this course Esther will teach you how to remain calm and resilient in times of uncertainty and change.

Course outline:

In this class, you'll be encouraged to investigate your natural response to a crisis or difficult circumstances and explore alternative options. Through body-work and meditation, you’ll learn techniques to bring yourself back into balance when facing challenges.

In this class you will learn movement practices and breathwork techniques to release tension and build resilience. Esther talks about the importance of relaxation and explores a range of relaxation techniques.

In this session, you'll explore strong or overwhelming feelings and learn techniques grounded in presence and love to help neutralise them.

In this class, Esther will teach you how to set up and maintain a meditation practice during challenging times and how to integrate the teachings and techniques of this course into your life.

Meet your teacher:

Esther Ekhart

Esther, founder of EkhartYoga, has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga for over 20 years. Her knowledge and practical down-to-earth teaching has inspired thousands of yogis all over the world.

She is an internationally experienced yoga teacher, Clarity teacher and therapist. Yoga and Clarity work showed Esther that there is nothing to find and that everything she was looking for is 'right here, right now'.
