Teaching privately is a good way to challenge yourself and develop as a teacher. However, teaching individual lessons in the same way you would teach a group class may do both you and your student a disservice. Irina provides you with tools and tips to enable you to build a private teaching business, which is respectful to your boundaries and beneficial for your students.
What you will learn:
Starting each class with a short meditation, Irina encourages you to tune in and identify what resonates with you as a teacher. Finishing each class with a restorative pose encourages you to absorb what you’ve learned.
To illustrate Irina’s teachings and round off this course we have added three EkhartYoga classes based on the 3 Doshas - Pitta, Vata and Kapha.
