If you’re feeling a little depleted, lethargic and fearful of tackling new projects at the moment, join the club - and this webinar! You'll learn some tips, Yin poses and acupressure points to target that will help to replenish your energy reserves so that you feel less like a slumbering sloth and more like a gambolling lamb!

Winter is ruled by the Water element, which is linked to the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder meridians. The Kidneys are said to be the home to our Chi, also known as Prana in other traditions.

In this webinar, on Tuesday 11th January at 17:00 CET, José de Groot will explain how important it is to harmonise our lifestyle, activities and yoga practice with the Winter season so that we can optimise our health and recharge our system in time for the Spring.

You will need 2 socks and 4 tennis balls, along with your usual Yin props
