Course overview

When the crowded Vietnamese refugee boats met with storms or pirates, if everyone panicked all would be lost. But if even one person on the boat remained calm and centered, it was enough. It showed the way for everyone to survive.”

Sometimes, we can’t change the events we have to face, but we can choose the way we respond to them. A challenge can become an opportunity for growth and a hardship can become an opportunity for self-love and self-compassion.

In this course Esther will teach you how to remain calm and resilient in times of uncertainty and change.

You will learn:

  • Techniques to cope with overwhelming feelings
  • Meditations to calm and steady your mind
  • Movement practices to release tension and  stagnation
  • Tools to induce relaxation
  • Breathing exercises to strengthen your resilience
  • References, reflections and words of wisdom to help inspire you.

Each live session will be an opportunity for you to learn and contribute in a community setting.

There'll be a 30 minute Q&A session after each class where you can share your thoughts and ask questions.

All classes will be recorded and available with unlimited access.
